• The shipping cost is included in the product price. 
• Delivery time depends on the country . ( 7~14 days )

• In case of request for exchange or return because of a simple change of mind, size, and color difference, round trip shipping fees shall be charged to the customer.
• Exchange or refund is not possible if the product is damaged due to signs of wear, carelessness, artificial repair or washing, or if the tag has been removed.

Reason for no exchange/refund

• If there is a delay of more than 7 days after receiving the product.
• In the case where the package is opened or damaged, the value of the product is significantly lost.
• In the case of damage or loss of the product's TAG, sticker, case, etc.
• Color and size errors, unremoved threads, fine sewing line shaking, leather and artificial leather wrinkles, pores, scratches, etc. are not defective products.
